10° INTERNATIONAL WORKSHOP ON FUZZY LOGIC AND APPLICATION

 The Tenth International Workshop on Fuzzy Logic and Applications  WILF 2013 covers all topics in theoretical, experimental and application areas of fuzzy sets and systems, with the aim of bringing together researchers from academia and industry to report on the latest advances in their fields of interest.

Date: 19-22 November  2013. 

Registration Desk: The registration desk is located at the main entrance of the Congress Venue and will be open during the Conference.

Payment: On Line it is possible to pay only by credit cards. On-site it is possible to pay only by cash or credit cards.

Accomodation : The Organizing Secretariat has reserved an adequate number of rooms in hotels walking distance from the Congress Venue, at special rates for the participants for the period of November 19-22, 2013.

3*  DUS: min € 70,00 - max € 110,00     DBL: min € 92,00 - max € 120,00

4*  DUS: min € 100,00 - max € 135,00    DBL: min € 120,00 - max € 150,00

Prices are for night, including breakfast and V.A.T.

Accommodation must be booked via fax or e-mail. Requests will be served on a first-come, first-served, space-available basis. We strongly advise all participants to request for accommodation booking as soon as possible. The Organizing Secretariat will not be able to guarantee rooms after October 25th, 2013. A voucher will be sent out as confirmation for your reservation.

Important Note: In case of special needs (extras, day use, earlier/later check in/out, different room type, non-smoking, bed type etc) it must be completed in Option “Details” field or contact directly the Organizing-Administrative Bureau for checking availability and (extra) costs.

Guarantee/Payment of Hotel Reservation: Every reservation must be guaranteed by credit card.

The credit card will be kept as a guarantee for the hotel reservation and it will be charged only in case of no-show or cancellation as explained here below but no further cost will be charged on it.
The payment of the total foreseen will be requested by the hotel upon check-out. The hotel will issue an invoice directly upon payment.
The rooms booked will be available to the participants for the first night of the reservation. In case of no-show the hotel will not refund the deposit and reservations will be automatically cancelled.

Cancellation policy: Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent in written to the OrganizingSecretariat (by regular e-mail or fax).

The Organizing Secretariat reserves the right to charge on the given credit card the following cancellation fees:

- Before 25th October, 2013 only a reservation fee (€ 20,00) will be charged

- From 25th October, 2013 and in case of No Show  100% of the foreseen total amount will be charged 

Any refund will be settled within 60 days
